This integrated software solution is available over the Internet with a username and password. It allows the portfolio management trainees that you entrust your customers with the following features:

  • Company profile of your customer (address, type of service purchased, validity ...);
  • Fact intern (direct line, level, package type, VIP ...);
  • Dynamic allocation of trainees to trainers (depending on the level, profile and availability);
  • Shared Calendars trainers. These diaries include the automatic sending of confirmation of a course backup and automatic appointment in the form of each trainee;
  • Mail e-mail totally secure (including all risk of spreading viruses) including e-mails thematic generic (delay, moving an appointment ...) and automatic backup of correspondence in the record of each trainee;
  • Database educational. This is the educational content that you want to provide trainers. It is structured in thematic tree (grammar, exercises, themes ...);
  • Area of content storage for storing all kinds of documents (descriptions, proposals ...) and share access between staff assigns;
