About the availability of our trainers
Our trainers (for the vast majority of them ) lived abroad. Thus enabling them to have the accent of English-speaking country where they lived. They have higher education and experience in business and / or a training activity for individuals and / or professionals.
On request, they may have special expertise (medical, accounting, legal, educational degree type ... TEFL).
They are able to communicate in French in order to facilitate, where appropriate, beginners.
We do provide our client partners as trainers dedicated to their business, full time, can provide three functions:
- Distance education course;
- Tutoring for students e-learning;
- Back-office (entry information, send customer satisfaction surveys, planning, end of term upsale...).
They adopt your organizational workflow (booking conditions, cancellation, duration of course ...) and teachings (content, error sheet, homeworks ...) to build your own team (similar to what you have or may have in-house) and not to create disruption in the perception of the student may follow a path multi-modalities (face and distance learning). About the course content, we follow the curriculum of our client-partners. We still recommend structured lessons around themes (pronunciation, accent, vocabulary, grammar, role playing (Business, Social events, interviews ...), listening skills, communication skills ...).
A lesson can also take the form of a conversation with students who want it. In addition, our trainers can, at the request of a probationer or if necessary, prepare a course on a specific theme (the vocabulary book, cinema of the 30s ...). We have provided a rich content base on which the teacher can access (this database is available by DATALANGUE but should not be the only educational resource of the trainer. It does not represent in any way any commitment on the part of DATALANGUE but is an asset which we wish to raise the existence).
The rate of provision of trainers is declining according to the duration of the framework agreement that we agree together and that we mobilize the workforce for you.
