The Hotline is designed, at the times we determine together, to receive calls from your interns who want to talk to their trainers, change an appointment or ask a question or organizational technique (e-learning tool).

To do this, we give you a French phone number for your company that you communicate to students;

Upon receipt of the appeal, the employees acknowledge receipt of the appeal is intended to respond to your company and your company name;

They treat the call according to specifications defined system or notify the employee requested;

In case of unavailability of the employee requested (course, breaks, holidays ...) the call is transferred to one of his colleagues;

Otherwise, there is taking a message (contact details, subject, time of the call ...) which is transmitted in real time by e-mail to the employee asked.

Price on request depending on the type of service to ensure and to cover the opening hours.
